In Teams admin center, the customer admin must enable the following setting in Meeting policies: "Anonymous users can join a meeting unverified". If this setting is blocked, the Bot is not be able to join the meeting.

Enable the AI Summary feature on the Meeting Room devices that you are connecting to Live Platform (refer to to the 'AI Summarization on MTR Quick Guide').

Obtain a list of MAC addresses of the devices to add to the Live Platform service to your provider or reseller.
